Founded in 2007 by Claire Webb and Rebecca Hawkins, we are a group of dedicated family professionals from differing backgrounds. This means we can tailor our services to meet your individual circumstances, and you’ll have access to whichever expert or process you need.
Splitting up or getting divorced is tough. It seems to have become the norm for separating couples and families in distress to turn to the law and, often, to the court. To put their fate in the hands of others. But it doesn’t have to be that way. Most of the challenges faced by separating couples aren’t legal ones at all – most parents and families would rather make their own decisions about their family and their money. We can offer therapeutic support, information about parenting whilst apart, managing emotions as well as helping with the practical arrangements.

It has long been said that it takes a village to raise a family.
And it is also true that the village has a huge part to play in helping families make, and cope with, changes to their make up and structure. We have created a place where you can shape the future for your family TOGETHER. We even have an option where you can share a lawyer.
We hope that the pages on this website will explain the options. They are all available on their own, or as part of an integrated approach where you can access different options at various stages in your process.
We start with an early assessment meeting, which lasts around an hour, so that we understand the background to your case, and you get to know a bit about us and how we work. To organise your appointment, you can call us on 023 9248 1183, or fill in our contact form and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
“Many thanks for the time , courtesy and assistance from yourself and Jo yesterday. I look forward to the next stage.”

Reducing Conflict
We want to change the mindset that court, or solicitors, hold the answers when you separate. More often than not, your separation is about a relationship difficulty and wont necessarily need a legal solution. If you have children, the best outcome for them is to have parents who are able to help them thrive.
Helping you find the right outcome
Offering support and helping parents and couple make good decisions, is at the heart of what we do. We can help you manage your emotions, at what is an incredibly difficult time, so that you might see it differently, and move to the next phase of your family life.
Providing you with information
Each of our team has specialist experience, and we can give you lots of information so that you can make decisions together that will work for you. Your case is unique, and we’ll help you find the solution that is best for you and your family. Some of the options we offer can include advice or a legal opinion, which can often help you move past tricky issues.
