Jo Findon

Jo’s legal career began in 1994 as a solicitor specialising in Family Law.  Qualifying as a mediator in 2011, she preferred the more holistic approach, and has mediated solely since then whilst keeping up to date with law and practice.  Accredited by The Law Society and the Family Mediation Council Jo is qualified as a child inclusive mediator with the Family Mediation Association, as a hybrid mediator with Resolution and is a member of Resolution and the Family Mediation Council. 

Jo has been a trustee of a mediation charity for more than ten years and has worked with several local charities mediating conflict within the community and delivering course focused on improving communication and parenting skills.

Originally from Bristol, she has lived in Hampshire for the past twenty years, she   has two teenage children and enjoys running to maintain her work/life balance.
