We review our prices at the end of every year, and we do our best to keep any increase as low as possible because we understand how hard it is to manage costs during separation.

What This Means for You:

Beginning 1st January 2025,

• the cost of our exploratory meetings and MIAM appointments will increase to £120.
• the minimum fee for mediation will be £261 per person, per 90 minute meeting. For longer appointments, we charge the additional time at £174 per hour per person.
• for collaborative or legal work, the hourly rate for our solicitors and legal executives will be £318, and for directors will be £348.
• all of our other fees (paralegal, Separate Together, wellbeing and parenting co-ordination) remain the same.

All of our fees are inclusive of VAT.

We remain committed to providing you with the same personal service, and we have worked hard to minimise this adjustment while continuing to improve our offerings. Over the last year we have introduced:-

➡️ paralegal level support, where the use of highly specialised lawyers may not be necessary
➡️ Improvements to our offices in Havant to lessen the anxiety and stress when attending meetings in person
➡️ virtual online tours, so you can prepare for face to face meetings.
